Getting a lot closer
I am amazed how fast time is moving now. I am within days (not weeks) of the IM and things are starting to get exciting now. I have cut way back on my training. Only putting in about one hour a day now. My bike is on it's way to Idaho. I still have bike workouts to do so I have gone to the local gym and took advantage of one of their one week trial memberships. I have no plans on joining ,, I just need their equipment for a few days.
This week, besides being light on workouts, is also important for nutrition. I am really watching what I eat. Not much meat, no fried food, lots of whole wheat, pasta, fruits and vegetables.
I have put together a race plan that includes my packing list. I am up to three pages,,, this is nuts,,,
I have to mention that I am sincerely touched by all the support that people are sending my way.
