Week 7 2/20 through 2/19

This was not a good week for training. I was on the road a lot, fortunately it was supposed to be a rest week. I put in 9 hours of training. I ran into one problem with my ankles. During the run, the fronts of my ankles hurt like hell. Especially on the downhill. I think it was due to wearing cowboy boots on Saturday all day. It was a little sore afterwards bit not a big deal.

Highlight of the week was that I ran 14 miles 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Also did a 4 mile run after the Friday morning core workout.
