Week 5 2/06 through 2/12

What happened to week 4???? I got my weeks screwed up...

Total of 16 hours in training this week. Due to weather, I had to do some indoor spinning. It was a great week for training. My Calf has been hurting for a long time and it is now getting better. Thanks to Cindy,, my massage therapist. My right calf had been cramping up a lot at random times on the run. It hurt so badly. Cindy worked on it for a long time. She found a bunch of little "B-B's" within the muscle. Most likely it would be due to some micro-tears and scaring. She put the right pressure on it and was able to sort of melt those away.

Anyway, I was really consistent in my training hours this week. I am please with my progress. The long ride on Saturday was tough die to the wind but I still felt strong at the end.
